J'ai trouvé pour Sumatra, il faut rajouter le package lmodern.
Pour Texworks, effectivement, je comprends ton raisonnement. Je veux bien tes exemples de commandes. Pour voir.
Un truc bizarre quand même, mais je n'ai pas cherché plus que ça.
J'ai ouvert un fichier .tex dans texworks
celui-ci dessous et tous les caractères accentués dans le .tex sont remplacés par des losanges avec un point d'interrogation dedans. En revanche, si je fais un copier-coller dudit code, les accernts sont bien là, mais la compilation me balance une erreur : "! Package inputenc Error: Keyboard character used is undefined
(inputenc) in inputencoding `latin1'."

On appelle équation différentielles du 2nd ordre à coefficients non constants, une équation du type :
